Dear friends,
Wherever you are today and whatever you are doing, I invite you to stop and take a *DEEP BREATH*. Yes,
take a deep breath of love….a breath of light….and a breath of healing.
I’m
writing today to share with you a technique for the spiritual & emotional healing of conflict that was channeled to me
directly by the Angels on this very morning. I want to share this with you because I think that you are
wonderful, and that you deserve to live a blessed life, a life free of anger, hurt, projection or fear.
Also,
I know that if enough of us began practicing this technique in our daily lives, we can create whole communities that are free of anger, hurt, projection and fear, and ultimately we can create a world of perfect light, peace, and abundance.
Recently, I had the “pleasure” of revisiting one
of my old lessons, the lesson of conflict & conflict resolution. This is not a favorite lesson for
me, and quite frankly, I don’t enjoy having to go through it again. (But I am grateful for
the opportunity to expand into an even greater awareness of my Divine Self, and I’m also grateful for the opportunity
to move beyond the destructive, knee-jerk patterns of the past.)
Jesus said,
“Love your enemies and do good to those who hate you”. Ah, so easy to read, so hard to live.
In the past I have found
it difficult to handle conflict without blaming, getting judgmental, feeling victimized, and trying to make the other person
feel “wrong” and myself feel “right”. In other words, I sometimes get a little
defensive, especially when I feel that I have been attacked. (No one else has had this experience,
have they?)
I don’t always get this way. There have been times in my life where I have been able
to show tremendous compassion & unconditional love in the face of other people’s hate. And then….there
were times where I showed blatant anger & defensiveness, even in the face of other people’s attempts at love (sad,
but true).
Over the past year or so, I’ve noticed an escalation of conflict among many of the spiritual groups that I have
been involved with (both past & present), and also an escalation of conflict & disharmony in the lives of many lightworkers
I know, including myself. This saddens me. Yet I recognize it as an opportunity for
all of us to heal & to grow into a greater expression of the Divine.
Last night
I was grappling with yet another conflict that has arisen around me. More to the point, I was grappling
with all the “yucky” feelings that I had allowed to come up within myself as a result of this conflict.
Finally, I called out to my angels for help (why does it always take so long for me to remember to do this?).
When I was showering a little later, they gave me the following “treatment” process for dealing with conflict.
Please note:
This is not a process of forgiveness. This is a technique for moving beyond forgiveness,
and beyond the need to make one person or group “wrong” and the other person or group “right”.
This is an initiation into a higher Spiritual awareness & Universal healing. Only perform
this meditation when you are ready to let go of the need to be “right”.
Although not absolutely necessary, it is best to perform this healing meditation while you shower or bathe, especially the
first time you do it. The water has a purifying effect & helps to wash away any negative psychic residues.
