TUITION PAYMENT INFO (Just so you are clear) The total tuition for this entire program is $1350 when enrolling during the Early Bird Window by or before December 21st 2018.  (Total tuition increases to $1550 when enrolling by or before January 4th 2019, but after December 22nd 2018.)  To make it easier for you to participate, your tuition is scheduled to be paid in 4 equal payments spread out across the year.          If you are here on this Enrollment Confirmation page, then it is likely that you have already paid your first quarterly payment ($337.50 for early birders OR $387.50 for regular enrollees).  Assuming you have already paid your first tuition payment, the remaining payments will be due by or before the following dates:  By or Before March 1st 2019:  2nd payment of $387.50 due  ($337.50 for early birders) By or Before June 1st 2019—3rd payment of $387.50 due  ($337.50 for early birders) By or Before Sept 3rd 2019—4th and final payment of $387.50 due  ($337.50 for early birders)              GRACE PERIOD & LATE FEES:  In order to ensure uninteruppted services & materials in your mentorship, it is best to  make your payments on time and in a timely manner.   If you know you are going to be late with a payment, then it would be a good idea to let Cynthia know, so that she is aware that you are still planning on continuing in the program.  For any and all tuition payments made after the 10th of the month, there will be an additional $35 late fee assessed.             You are under no financial obligation to continue with your Intensive after the first quarter (or any other quarter for that matter), and if you drop out before the end of the year, you will not be billed for future quarters.  However, there are no refunds or transfers on fees that have already been paid.  (The only exceptions are for extenuating, life and death circumstances, as outlined on the Finer Details page.) In the unlikely event that a refund were issued for a quarter's tuition, the cost of any services or items you had ALREADY received for that quarter will be deducted from your refund. I UNDERSTAND & ACCEPT I do not understand Delivery of Your Mentorship Materials As part of your 2019 Mentorship, you will receive access to many different video, audio & written materials, all available via internet streaming or download.   Everything will be sent to you in electronic or digital form, and no "hard copies" will be provided.  We want to make sure that you understand that if you want "hard copies" of these items (such as actual CDs of the meditations, or print-outs of the monthly packets) you will need to produce these hard copies yourself.  If you agree to receive your mentorship materials in downloadable, digital form, please choose "I AGREE & ACCEPT BELOW".  I AGREE & ACCEPT I do not agree or accept Readings Included & Reading Location As part of your 2019 Inner Circle Mentorship,  you are entitled to up to 2-3 hours of private, one-on-one Spiritual Psychic Mentorship reading time PER QUARTER that you are enrolled, to be scheduled between January 5th 2019 up until Nov 30th 2019.  Please note that those are HOURS of mentorship time, and not necessarily number of readings.  The time that you have available each quarter can be spread out among 1-2 readings, depending on how you would like to use your time.           For scheduling your sessions in a quarter, you have the choice of having: A.)  One longer telephone or FB chat mentorship session in that quarter, about 2 hours to 2 hours & fifteen minutes long OR  B.)  Two telephone (or private FB chat) readings in a quarter, of up to 1.5 hours each OR C.)  One special in-person session of about 2-2 1/2 hours in length                These options listed above are PER QUARTER--so that means you get to choose one of these options for EACH quarter that you are enrolled in the mentorship program in 2019.     In order to help you get the most out of your readings (and especially to give you time to fully integrate between sessions), whenever possible Cynthia will work with you to schedule your sessions about a month apart (sometimes slighly more if you need more time in-between sessions).   Of course, in some cases you may wish to have a reading slightly less than a month apart, and that is just fine, as long as your are able to match your schedule with the openings Cynthia has available. Reading time does not acrue from one quarter or year to the next.  That means that if you choose not to use all of your Spiritual Psychic Mentorship reading time for a quarter or a year, any un-used time will not be carried over to the next quarter or year, nor will any refunds be issued for un-used mentorship reading time.  Of course, that is unlikely to happen, since you wouldn't be enrolling in this Inner Circle program if you weren't planning on using your reading time!  But still, we just want to make sure you are clear on all the finer details here.             If for some reason you use up all of your 2-3 hours of private mentorship reading time for a quarter, but felt that you needed just 1 or 2 additional readings in a quarter, then as a member of this Inner Circle program, you may purchase additional sessions for yourself at 40% off the regular rate.  (This is of course, assuming that you are current & up-to-date on your tuition.
