DOING YOUR PART IN THE CLEANSE I sink down into the bath, and let go. I let the herbs do their work.
I feel them coming into my body on every level (spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical). I thank
the herbs, and the water too, as I feel the spiritual & emotional toxins being dissolved from my auric field.
I breathe very deeply during most of this time. Sometimes also I sing, chant, tone, or cry or
laugh. I feel “stuff” leaving my aura. Sometimes in my mind I visualize
it as tiny black “squiggles” oozing out of my body. Sometimes I even actually see mysterious
chunks of “stuff” floating around in the water. Occasionally, memories of previous painful
events arise, and these too are released in the water. The cleansing goes on until is done. Sometime it takes only a few minutes,
other times it might take a half-hour or longer. I usually just know when it is done, or when I’ve
had enough. Then I pull the plug and feel all of my worries and carries going down with the water….all of the negativity
and dark energies are drained away. I finish by rinsing off with a cool water shower. Or, if I need to wash my body, I
do a warm water shower first, and then follow it with a cool water shower. Then, I dry off with a light-colored
towel, and rest for a few hours afterwards, if at all possible. (It’s natural to feel tired a few
hours afterwards, or even for a few days, as cleansing can take a lot of energy. However, in the long run,
it leaves you feeling so much freer & lighter!)
CONCLUSION & FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS What I have just described to you is a process that will cleanse the aura in a most profound & powerful way.
This is a process that you can use for yourself too. The trickiest part is finding the right combination
of herbs to cleanse in the right way, and also knowing the right procedures to magically “charge” the herbs.
Also an issue is making sure that you don’t overwhelm yourself by trying to cleanse on too many levels at once,
or by working with herbs that don’t work well together, or are too powerful for what you are ready for at the time. An easy way to get started psychically cleansing is with an emotional purification bath. I recently
made up an herbal mixture that helps to heal a broken heart, cleanse residual sorrows & ills, and remove any traces of
long-term discouragement. This mixture is actually an emotional healer as well as a purifier,
and helps to bring health & vitality back to anyone who has ever struggled with a long-term challenge or frustration in
any area of life. I
most recently took this particular herbal purification bath on May Day, or Beltane (May 1st). I
wanted to do it on this day because Beltane is a particularly powerful day energetically. I also did it
at this time because it was during the period where the moon was “waning” or decreasing, which is traditionally
said to be more favored for purification. However, you can take your purification bath at any time. If you
would like the details of how to prepare one of these “Emotional Purification & Healing” baths for yourself, or if you would like to see the photos of the steps I took to create my magical mixture, please see the
article (from May 1st 2010) on my Psychic Blog at http://www.cynthiakillion.com/2010.05.01_arch.html This above-mentioned blog entry contains DETAILED & SPECIFIC instructions for
doing a “Purification bath to heal a broken
heart, ease sorrows & ills of the past, comfort the bereaved, and diminish discouragement arising from long-term struggles
or illness”. (The photos of the herbs & flowers used are really interesting & quite beautiful
too!) Another page you might want to refer to on this site is the short list I have for
you here on Herbs & Flowers for Protecting, Calming, and Stablizing Energy. (Just scroll down to Part 5 in the 2nd section of the page for that list of helpful flowers & herbs.)
